Revelstoke's trail network is still growing — 150+ km now, spread across four zones. That range is what makes it work for families: put a newer rider on a green loop while the rest of the group takes something steeper. Beaver Lodge Kids Bike Park or the green trails at MacPherson's Griffiths parking lot are a solid first stop for young riders. Experienced riders will want to venture to Boulder or tackle the blue trails at MacPherson.
Where to start
The Griffith Creek green loop at MacPherson (Dusty Beaver -> Beaver Tail → Eager Beaver) is the entry point — rolling forest singletrack with no real consequence. For younger or newer riders, Beaver Lodge Kids Bike Park is a 10-minute warm-up before heading out; basic obstacles, bridge, teeter-totter. The Velosolutions Pump Track at Centennial Park works well for rainy days or post-ride burnout laps.

BlueThe dedicated climb trail on Boulder Mountain. Gentle ascent through forest connecting the main parking lot to the top of Gravy Bacon. Entrance between the kiosk and picnic tables. Downhill riders on Gravy Bacon and Boondocker have right of way at crossings.
Beaver Tail
GreenFun winding trail beside Wells Creek, crosses the Nordic Trail and winds up to Dusty Beaver. Part of the beginner Griffith Creek loop with Leap Frog, Toad School, Dusty Beaver, and Eager Beaver. Good access to Dusty Beaver/Flowdown from Break-a-Leg & Root Canal. Year opened: 2017.
